We are ready to serve you, and we are fully bilingual in the English and Spanish language.
IMMIGRATION BAIL BONDS:
As to the posting of immigration bonds these are handled different than regular criminal bonds. For example bail bonds may be posted 24-7, and bonds are usually set the moment someone is arrested versus with immigration bonds, it may take from four to ten business days to know if a detainee would be granted bail; families are very much involved in the determination of setting bail for the detainee, since the court wants to make sure that the detainee is going to appear in court for hearing.
Immigration bonds are posted during their office hours, and detainees are released hours later. Immigration does not process bonds on weekends or Federal holidays, likewise, no releases are done during this period; it would take an average of 24 hours for the release of the detainee, but our office is ready to help post 24-7 in order to speed up the process –we can prepare all the paperwork in the meanwhile and save time.
Collateral: For immigration bail the collateral is limited to real estate, land, cash, and credit cards, but we can discuss the details of your collateral further by telephone, or in person. Just call us. The information is confidential and free.
FEDERAL BAIL BONDS:
These bonds are posted in very formal court surroundings. There will be a court hearing for the posting of the bond, and these bonds are posted during the Court’s hours of operation, none are posted during legal holidays.
Collateral: Most collateral is accepted.
COUNTY BAIL BONDS:
These bonds are posted 24/7, and most collateral is accepted. Our agents travel throughout the State posting bail.
CHOSSING YOUR BAIL AGENT:
The issue of choosing your bail agent or agency as it is important from the beginning to the end; you will be placing valuable collateral in consideration for a bond, and this must be returned to you at the final disposition of the case and upon verification by the agency that the case has been fully adjudicated.
